MU High School Programming Competition 2016

First – Second – Third

1. Freehold 1                  2. East Brunswick 1                       3. Freehold 2

For the second year in a row, Monmouth University hosted a programming competition for high schools students in the area.

This year, on March 4, 2016, there were 60 students participating on 20 teams, representing 10 different schools. The day included talks by enrollment management and faculty and an opportunity for students to familiarize themselves with the labs before the competition.

The teams were given two and a half hours to work on 8 problems of varying levels of difficulty. Each problem was graded based on the correctness of the solution and the difficulty of the problem and if necessary how quickly it was completed.

A good time was had by all!

Thank you to all the participants!
